While you ponder and get frustrated over this quote, let me introduce you all to the ChowderBlog! Here is where I will post random events that happened in my life, random rants, my opinions about events in the news, or funny crap I just happen to come upon in my everyday dealings with life. Like this:

Well tonight I am going to the Boise State/Miami (OH) game, on the blue! GO BRONCOS! Oh, speaking of which, this reminds me of the brawl that broke out at the Boise State/Oregon game last week, when Oregon’s LeGarrette Blount sucker punched BSU’s Byron Hout, after Hout said a few words and touched Blount’s shoulder. Remember seeing that on ESPN? If you didn’t catch it live, you probably caught it on the news the next day. The punch heard around the world.

I bring this up because I was also at that game, and was sitting in the south endzone when the fighting broke out. I saw Blount being tackled by Boise Police Dept and stadium security after he lunged after a BSU fan also in the south endzone. I could see Blount’s face, I just knew he was really vexed to say the least… it’s too bad that happened, because the focus of that game was shifted from BSU winning to the sucker punch. When the ESPN commentators and sports talk stations referred to the game, they focused mainly on the post-game ‘fiesta’. But yeah, I was there, upfront and in person, saw it all. You can even see me in the endzone seats on the ESPN footage when Blount was being escorted… it was chaos!!

I sure hope no more of that crap happens at the Miami (OH) game…
